Sections 1, 2, 3 and 5 of Part 1 of the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Apparatus Licence) Determination, as in force from time to time, do not apply to broadcasting licences (broadcast service stations) that authorise the operation of transmitters to provide a commercial broadcasting service or a community broadcasting service. Conditions applicable to the operation of Broadcast Service stations authorised under this licence can be found in the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Temporary Community Broadcasting Licence) Determination, as in force from time to time. Copies of this determination are available from the ACMA and from the ACMA home page (www.acma.gov.au). Part 3 of the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Broadcasting Licence) Determination does not apply to broadcasting licences (broadcast service) that authorise the operation of transmitters to provide a commercial broadcasting service or a community broadcasting service. Under paragraph 108A(1)(d) of the Radiocommunications Act 1992, it is a condition of this licence that the licensee, and any person authorised by the licensee to operate the radiocommunications transmitter under this licence, must comply with the technical planning guidelines developed by the Australian Communications and Media Authority under section 33 of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.
Special Conditions	The licensee is subject to Parts 1 and 2 of the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Broadcasting Licence) Determination.
