Special Conditions	This licence authorises operation of a television outside broadcast station. This licence authorises the licensee to operate the channels with centre frequencies of 7389 and 7405 MHz, a maximum bandwidth of 8000 kHz, a maximum transmitter power of 0.1 watts and within 0.5 km of the TOB receiver. TVOB�s are often carried out at Kardinia Park, Geelong Vic. No interference shall be caused to any Radiocommunication station or service and no protection from interference by such stations or services shall be afforded.
