Advisory Notes The Master International Frequency Register (MIFR) is maintained by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in accordance with the Radio Regulations.

Coordination agreements reached as a result of an ITU international frequency coordination process are intended to minimise the potential for harmful interference to radiocommunications stations. A radiocommunications station operated prior to a frequency assignment being recorded in the MIFR cannot necessarily claim protection from harmful interference from radiocommunications stations of other countries.

This licence has been issued under an exemption from spectrum embargo 80.

This frequency band is currently under review to accommodate changes in technology. This review may lead to a requirement to change frequency or to cease transmission.
Special Conditions This earth station is authorised to communicate with space station(s) of the ADF POR-1 satellite network as published by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in Special Section CR/C 5360 in IFIC 2936, with antenna elevation angle: 49 degrees, antenna azimuth angle: 7 degrees, and other technical characteristics as specified on the station record under this licence.

This earth station is authorised to communicate with space station(s) of the ADF 140E POR satellite network as published by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in Special Section CR/C 5011 in IFIC 2902, with antenna elevation angle: 48 degrees, antenna azimuth angle: 344 degrees, and other technical characteristics as specified on the station record under this licence.

This earth station is authorised to communicate with space station(s) of the ADF 95E IOR satellite network as published by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in Special Section CR/C 5010 in IFIC 2902, with antenna elevation angle: 21 degrees, antenna azimuth angle: 293 degrees, and other technical characteristics as specified on the station record under this licence.

This earth station is authorised to communicate with space station(s) of the ADF 104E IOR satellite network as published by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in Special Section CR/C 5012 in IFIC 2902, with antenna elevation angle: 28 degrees, antenna azimuth angle: 300 degrees, and other technical characteristics as specified on the station record under this licence.

This earth station is authorised to communicate with space station(s) of the ADF 156E POR satellite network as published by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in Special Section CR/C 5013 in IFIC 2902, with antenna elevation angle: 49 degrees, antenna azimuth angle: 12 degrees, and other technical characteristics as specified on the station record under this licence.

Prior to the frequency assignments being recorded in the Master International Frequency Register (MIFR), this earth station may operate in accordance with the operating parameters published by the ITU in Special Sections of International Frequency Information Circulars and in accordance with any agreements reached as a result of an ITU frequency coordination process.

This earth station is authorised to communicate with space station(s) of the ADF POR-2 satellite network as published by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in Special Section CR/C 5359 in IFIC 2936, with antenna elevation angle: 45 degrees, antenna azimuth angle: 30 degrees, and other technical characteristics as specified on the station record under this licence.

Transmissions must not occur in circumstances that result in harmful interference to stations outside of Australia where these stations are operating in accordance with the Radio Regulations of the ITU except where the transmissions are in accordance with any agreements reached as a result of an ITU international frequency coordination process.

The licensee shall advise the ACMA of changes to the point of contact provided for the purpose of tracing any suspected cases of interference.
