This authorises the testing and development of radiolocation equipment using the power specified. Footnote AUS 57 applies in the Australian Radiofrequency Spectrum Plan to the operating frequency nominated on the licence. Frequencies listed in the International Telecommunication Union Appendix S15 are to be avoided. Monitoring of proposed spectrum use is to occur before transmission for the purpose of avoiding spectrum already in use.
