Any transmission in accordance with this techncial specification is planned on the basis that it will be protected to a minimum median field strength of 66 dBuV/m against interference from other broadcasting services.
The coverage area of this transmission is described as that area within a radius of 5 kilometres measured from a point with the following AMG co-ordinates : Zone: 54; Easting: 667625; Northing: 5873300. This point is the same as the transmitter location. This transmission is permitted within the defined coverage area. The transmitter may be established at an alternative site to the nominal site only within this area. A change in site from the nominal site is to be in accordance with the Change of Transmitter Site Procedure of ABA's Technical Planning Guidlines, and is not to result in a maximum field strength beyond the defined area in excess of that which would have been provided at the specified power and pattern from the nominal site.
