This licence authorises only data transmissions.
"The Supplementary paging transmitter authorised by this licence may be used only to improve service reliabilty within a 40km radius of the main transmitter. Supplementary transmitters not serving this purpose may be re-licenced as main transmitters subject to the Authorities assignment rules in effect at the time." The level of all discreet spurious components, measured at the output of the transmitter, must not exceed -30dBm. "The paging transmitter authorised by this licence has been assigned on the condition that the licensee accepts any mutual interference that occurs between this and any other paging service licenced to the licensee on the same frequency within 100km."
