Special Conditions When the transmitter is coupled to an antenna the level of all discrete spurious components caused by the transmitter & measured at the connection to the antenna must not exceed -30 DBM. Broadband noise floor of the transmitter measured at the same point must not exceed -47 DBM in a 16 kHz bandwidth for frequency offsets greater than 300 kHz from the transmit frequency.

This licence limits the operation of the service to within 100 metres of the coordinates of the site recorded on the licence. Use of the service beyond this radius is not permitted.

The system authorised by this licence must not cause harmful interference to, nor claim protection from, the system authorised by Licence 199314/1 operating on 487.125/481.925 MHz at ACMA Site 11599.

The antenna on the crane must have a maximum beamwidth of 80 degrees and maximum radiation is to be directed downwards. The maximum transmitter power for any station is to be 1 Watt.
