| Special Conditions | A person must not operate a: a) radiocommunications transmitter that is, or is part of, a station other than a registration exempt station otherwise than in accordance with section 8 of the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (PTS Licence) Determination 2024 (PTS LCD); or b) registration exempt station otherwise than in accordance with sections 9, 12 and 13 of the PTS LCD.
