Special Conditions	? The licence application is for a service that is a temporary solution or transitional arrangement rather than requiring a long-term or ongoing access to the band; ? The service would have little to no effect on spectrum availability inside major population centres (these are cities with populations of 30,000 or more) ; ? The applicant (and where appropriate their client) acknowledge and understand any point-to-multipoint licence issued may not be re-issued past 1st December 2019 and therefore may be required to cease operation from as early as that point in time; ? The applicant (and where appropriate their client) acknowledge and understand that, even if the point-tomultipoint licence is re-issued past the 1st December 2019, replanning activities in the 3.6 GHz band may prevent further re-issue of the licence and that you may need to cease operation upon expiry of the licence; ? Licences will be issued and re-issued on a year-by-year basis
