Special Conditions	No interference shall be caused to any Radiocommunication station or service and no protection from interference by such stations or services shall be afforded. The emissions of transmitters must comply with the undesirable emission limits specified in the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Rule 15.407 (b) (4) and also with the transmit spectrum mask requirements of section 17.3.9.2 of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Standard 802.11a - 1999, except where the transmitter complies with the Radiocommunications (Low Interference Potential Devices) Class Licence or Radiocommunications (Spread Spectrum Devices) Class Licence. The 3 dB antenna beamwidth of transmitters must not exceed +/- 5.5 degrees in the horizontal plane, except where the transmitter complies with the Radiocommunications (Low Interference Potential Devices) Class Licence or Radiocommunications (Spread Spectrum Devices) Class Licence.
