Special Conditions	The licensee understands that the ACMA will not consult them on future Earth Station operations and that this service will not be considered in the coordination and licensing process for any future Earth services in the Mingenew zone. This service must accept any interference from current and future Earth Stations in the protected Mingenew zone that is the subject of Embargo 49.
