Special Conditions	The licensee must ensure that the uplink transmission of the earth station in this licence shall not exceed an Equivalent Isotropically Radiated Power Spectral Density of -4 dBW/Hz. Operation of this earth station must be in accordance with frequency assignments recorded in the Master International Frequency Register (MIFR) of the International Telecommunication Union. This earth station is authorised to communicate with space station of the AUSSAT C 156E GOVR satellite network as published by the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) in Special Section CR/C/2015 of International Frequency Information Circular 2602.
