Advisory Notes	Defence may transmit on this frequency from time-to-time within the Woomera Prohibited Area. These activities may result in interference that may reduce system performance. Conditions applicable to the operation of Point to Multipoint station(s) authorised under this licence can be found in the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Apparatus Licence) Determination and the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Fixed Licence) Determination, the 'fixed licence lcd'. Copies of these determinations are available from the ACMA and from the ACMA home page (www.acma.gov.au). Allocations exist in the Australian Radiofrequency Spectrum Plan 2009 for the Radiolocation service in the 3100-3300 MHz and the 3300-3600 MHz bands on a primary or co-primary basis under the AUS 1 and AUS11 footnotes respectively. The licensee is advised that the operation of Radiolocation devices by Defence in these bands may result in interference to BWA base stations and user terminals which may reduce system performance.
Special Conditions	No interference shall be caused to any Radiocommunication station or service and no protection from interference by such stations or services shall be afforded.
