Advisory Notes	In accordance with licence conditions set out in clause 5.3 of the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Broadcasting Licence) Determination No 1 of 1998 a licensee must not operate this station to provide a commercial broadcasting service. Special Conditions	The operation of MF NAS authorised by this licence must not cause interference to listeners of 6WF National AM Radio on 720KHz. The licensee, or any authorised person, is required to place advertisements in newspapers circulating within the licence area of the licence at least seven days before the commencement of transmissions. The advertisement should state that members of the public should contact the licensee, or authorised person, if the broadcast causes interference to other radiocommunications. The advertisement must detail the date and the time of the commencement of transmissions, the frequency being used and the appropriate person's contact details, including the address and telephone number of the person responsible for the transmissions.
