Amateur stations have the potential to generate high levels of electromagnetic emissions. Compliance with the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Apparatus Licence) Determination will ensure that these emissions do not exceed safe levels for general public exposure. This licence accords with the requirements of the European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations (CEPT) Recommendation T/R 61-01. | Special Conditions |
The licensee of a club station shall keep a log book in which must be entered: (a) a chronological record of all transmissions; (b) the frequency and type of emission used; (c) the station(s) communicated with; and (d) the name and callsign of the qualified person operating the station.
This Amateur station is a club station and must be operated in accordance with the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Amateur Licence) Determination that equates to the qualifications held by the operator of the station. Notwithstanding the provisions of Part 1 of Schedule 2 of the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Amateur Licence) Determination 2015, this licence does not authorise operation in the frequency range 3.575 GHz-3.600 GHz in the geographic areas specified in the Radiocommunications (Spectrum Re allocation�3.6 GHz Band for Adelaide and Eastern Metropolitan Australia) Declaration 2018, the Radiocommunications (Spectrum Re allocation�3.6 GHz Band for Perth) Declaration 2018, and the Radiocommunications (Spectrum Re allocation�3.6 GHz Band for Regional Australia) Declaration 2018. |
