Advisory Notes	Conditions applicable to the operation of Space Station(s) authorised under this licence can be found in the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Apparatus Licence) Determination. The ATNF is made up of the following radio astronomy observatories: a) Parkes Observatory, Parkes, (Latitude 32 degrees 59 minutes 59.8657 seconds South, Longitude 148 degrees 15 minutes 44.3591 seconds East); b) Paul Wild Observatory, Narrabri, (Latitude 30 degrees 59 minutes 52.048 seconds South, Longitude 149 degrees 32 minutes 56.327 seconds East); c) Mopra Observatory, Coonabarabran, (Latitude 31 degrees 16 minutes 4.451 seconds South, Longitude 149 degrees 5 minutes 58.732 seconds East); d) Mt Pleasant Observatory, Hobart (Latitude 42 degrees 48 minutes 12.9207 seconds South, Longitude 147 degrees 26 minutes 25.854 seconds East). The Canberra Deep Space Communications Complex is located at Latitude 35 degrees 23 minutes 54 seconds South, Longitude 148 degrees 58 minutes 40 seconds East.
Special Conditions	2. The Licensee must not cause harmful interference to Australian Radio Astronomy Services. 1. This licence authorises transmissions to Australia from Globalstar satellites where the satellites are being operated in accordance with: a) the coordination agreement recorded by the International Telecommunication Union as a result of the international frequency coordination process initiated by the Federal Communications Commission of the United States of America, as in effect from time to time; and b) relevant licences, orders and authorisations made by the Federal Communications Commission of the United States of America, as in effect from time to time. This licence authorises communications with HIBLEO-4. Earth station transmitters on land associated with this space station must not be operated within 70 kilometres distance from the Murchison Radioastronomy Observatory without the approval of the entity responsible for operating the Murchison Radioastronomy Observatory. Upon receipt of a report of harmful interference under International Telecommunication Union Radio Regulation No. 11.42 all necessary steps shall be taken immediately eliminate the harmful interference or cease operation.
