Special Conditions	This licence can only be used to provide a low-power open narrowcasting service. This licence must only be used for the purpose of providing an open narrowcasting service, as defined in section 18 of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992. The licensee must comply with the emission standard for the Australian Frequency Modulation Sound Broadcasting Service. The received signal in any area zoned residential (as determined by the Australian Bureau of Statistics data for towns and cities) shall not exceed 48 DBUV/M measured at a height of 10 metres above ground at any location more than 2 km from the antenna.
