Special Conditions	Emissions outside the licenced 18 kHz bandwidth are permitted for the purpose of a DRM 30 trial for the period 1.09.2020 to 31.08.2022 inclusive. The Bandwidth of the MF AM and DRM 30 transmissions shall not exceed 22.5 KHz in total. In the event of interference to other Broadcasting services due to emissions outside the licenced 18 kHz bandwidth, the ABC shall reduce power until the interference is mitigated. The licensee must ensure that no harmful interference shall be caused to the operation of any radiocommunication station or service. If the operation of the transmitter is causing interference to other services, the licensee is required, at the licensee's own expense, to adjust, or fit devices to, receivers in order to eliminate or minimise that interference. The Australian Broadcasting Corporation is required to manage any interference to the ABC 3RN AM Wangaratta service from their DRM trial. This transmitter must only be used to provide national broadcasting services as defined under section 13 of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.
