Advisory Notes	Sections 1, 2, 3 and 5 of Part 1 of the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Apparatus Licence) Determination 2003, as in force from time to time, do not apply to broadcasting licences (broadcast service stations) that authorise the operation of transmitters to provide a commercial broadcasting service or a community broadcasting service. Part 3 of the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Broadcasting Licence) Determination does not apply to broadcasting licences (broadcast service) that authorise the operation of transmitters to provide a commercial broadcasting service or a community broadcasting service. Conditions applicable to the operation of Broadcast Service station(s) authorised under this licence can be found in the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Apparatus Licence) Determination and the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Broadcasting Licence) Determination. Copies of these determinations are available from the ACMA and from the ACMA home page (www.acma.gov.au). Under section 109(1)(e) of the Radiocommunications Act 1992, it is a condition of this licence that the licensee, and any person authorised by the licensee to operate the radiocommunications transmitter under this licence, must comply with the technical planning guidelines developed by the Australian Communications and Media Authority under section 33 of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992. Operation of the transmitter authorised by this licence at a power level below that planned for may result in interference to the service. The ACMA's planning framework will not protect the service from interference in those circumstances. This licence continues in force while the broadcasting services licence remains in force. This licence does not have effect while the broadcasting licence is suspended.
Special Conditions	The licensee is not required to comply with guideline 11 or 12, as applicable, of the Broadcasting Services (Technical Planning) Guidelines 2017. The licensee is subject to Parts 1 and 2 of the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Broadcasting Licence) Determination. The licensee is subject to section 4 of part 1, and parts 2, 3 and 4 of the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Apparatus Licence) Determination, as in force from time to time. For this special condition, the reference to paragraph 107(1)(f) of the Act in part 2 of the Determination should be read as a reference to paragraph 109(1)(f) of the Act.
