Advisory Notes	Conditions applicable to the operation of Narrowcasting Service station(s) authorised under this licence can be found in theRadiocommunications Licence Conditions (Apparatus Licence) Determination and the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Broadcasting Licence) Determination. Copies of these determinations are available from the ACMA and from the ACMA home page (www.acma.gov.au). The coverage area of this transmitter licence is a circle with a radius of 40 kilometres measured from a point with the following Australian Map Grid co-ordinates: Zone: 55, Easting 541500, Northing 5245800.
Special Conditions	the licensee, or any person authorised by the licensee to operate a radiocommunications transmitter under the licence, must commence to provide an open narrowcasting service under the licence within six months of being issued the licence, or within such longer period as is notified in writing by the Australian Communications and Media Authority. The licensee must comply with the maximum cymomotive force limits specified in the technical specifications relating to this transmitter licence to limit interference caused by sky wave propagation to other MF AM Broadcasting Services. The licensee, or any person authorised by the licensee to operate a radiocommunications transmitter under the licence, must follow the start-up procedure set out in Part 1 of the Technical Planning Guidelines determined under section 33 of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992, as though references in that Part to a section 102 broadcasting service were references to an open narrowcasting service provided pursuant to this transmitter licence, and references to the licence area of the licence were references to the coverage area of this transmitter licence. The licensee must ensure that no harmful interference shall be caused to the operation of any radiocommunication station or service. If the operation of the transmitter is causing interference to other services, the licensee is required, at the licensee's own expense, to adjust, or fit devices to, receivers in order to eliminate or minimise that interference. This licence must only be used for the purpose of providing an open narrowcasting service, as defined in section 18 of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992. The licensee, or any person authorised by the licensee to operate a radiocommunications transmitter under the licence, must comply with clauses 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25 in Part 3 of the Technical Planning Guidelines, determined under section 33 of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992, as though references in that Part to a section 102 broadcasting service were references to an open narrowcasting service provided pursuant to this transmitter licence, and references to the licence area of the licence were references to the coverage area of this transmitter licence, and references to the nominal location were references to the Australian Map Grid co-ordinates specified in the advisory notes to this licence.
