Sections 1, 2, 3 and 5 of Part 1 of the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Apparatus Licence) Determination 2003, as in force from time to time, do not apply to broadcasting licences (broadcast service stations) that authorise the operation of transmitters to provide a commercial broadcasting service or a community broadcasting service. This licence continues in force while the broadcasting services licence remains in force. This licence does not have effect while the broadcasting licence is suspended.
Special Conditions	The licensee is subject to Parts 1 and 2 of the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Broadcasting Licence) Determination. The licensee is subject to section 4 of part 1, and parts 2, 3 and 4 of the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Apparatus Licence) Determination, as in force from time to time. For this special condition, the reference to paragraph 107(1)(f) of the Act in part 2 of the Determination should be read as a reference to paragraph 109(1)(f) of the Act.
