Advisory Notes	Part 3 of the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Broadcasting Licence) Determination does not apply to broadcasting licences (broadcast service) that authorise the operation of transmitters to provide a commercial broadcasting service or a community broadcasting service. Sections 1, 2, 3 and 5 of Part 1 of the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Apparatus Licence) Determination 2003, as in force from time to time, do not apply to broadcasting licences (broadcast service stations) that authorise the operation of transmitters to provide a commercial broadcasting service or a community broadcasting service.
Special Conditions	The licensee is subject to Parts 1 and 2 of the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Broadcasting Licence) Determination. There is potential for fourth adjacent channel interference from this service (103.7 MHz) to the reception of a High Power Open Narrowcasting service (HPON) at Bombala should it operate at 104.5 MHz. The licensee must ensure that no fourth adjacent channel interference shall be caused from this service to the reception of the Bombala HPON service operating on 104.5 MHz. In the event that interference does occur, this licensee will be required, at the licensee?s own expense, to take remedial action to eliminate this interference. The licensee is subject to section 4 of part 1, and parts 2, 3 and 4 of the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Apparatus Licence) Determination, as in force from time to time. For this special condition, the reference to paragraph 107(1)(f) of the Act in part 2 of the Determination should be read as a reference to paragraph 109(1)(f) of the Act.
