This licence continues in force while the broadcasting services licence remains in force. This licence does not have effect while the broadcasting licence is suspended. Part 3 of the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Broadcasting Licence) Determination does not apply to broadcasting licences (broadcast service) that authorise the operation of transmitters to provide a commercial broadcasting service or a community broadcasting service.
Special Conditions	The licensee is subject to section 4 of part 1, and parts 2, 3 and 4 of the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Apparatus Licence) Determination, as in force from time to time. Copies of this determination are available from the ACMA and from the ACMA home page (www.acma.gov.au). The licensee is subject to Parts 1 and 2 of the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Broadcasting Licence) Determination.
