The licensee is subject to section 4 of part 1, and parts 2, 3 and 4 of the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Apparatus Licence) Determination 2003, as in force from time to time. For this special condition, the reference to paragraph 107(1)(f) of the Act in part 2 of the Determination should be read as a reference to paragraph 109(1)(f) of the Act.
