Advisory Notes	Conditions applicable to the operation of Point to Point station(s) authorised under this licence can be found in the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Apparatus Licence) Determination and the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Fixed Licence) Determination, the 'fixed licence lcd'. Copies of these determinations are available from the ACMA and from the ACMA home page (www.acma.gov.au). This microwave fixed service uses Adaptive Transmit Power Control (ATPC) in accordance with the provisions of Appendix 9 of the RALI FX 3 'Microwave Fixed Services Frequency Coordination'. Changes in future spectrum arrangements for earth stations in the Mingenew zone might lead to requirement to change frequency, cease operation or relocate this service.
Special Conditions	The licensee understands the intention of Embargo 49 and accept that they might need to cease operation or relocate this service if the ACMA deems this is required to support operation of earth station receivers in the Mingenew zone. The licensed transmitter power may be exceeded for short periods of time but must not exceed the limits specified in Appendix 9 of the RALI FX 3 'Microwave Fixed Services Frequency Coordination'.
