Advisory Notes	Part 3 of the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Broadcasting Licence) Determination does not apply to broadcasting licences (broadcast service) that authorise the operation of transmitters to provide a commercial broadcasting service or a community broadcasting service. Sections 1, 2, 3 and 5 of Part 1 of the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Apparatus Licence) Determination 2003, as in force from time to time, do not apply to broadcasting licences (broadcast service stations) that authorise the operation of transmitters to provide a commercial broadcasting service or a community broadcasting service. This licence continues in force while the broadcasting services licence remains in force. This licence does not have effect while the broadcasting licence is suspended.
Special Conditions	The licensee is subject to section 4 of part 1, and parts 2, 3 and 4 of the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Apparatus Licence) Determination, as in force from time to time. For this special condition, the reference to paragraph 107(1)(f) of the Act in part 2 of the Determination should be read as a reference to paragraph 109(1)(f) of the Act. Copies of this determination are available from the ACMA and from the ACMA home page (www.acma.gov.au). Minimum Level of Service Requirements, as detailed in the Technical Planning Guidelines clauses 38 and 39, do not apply to this specification. The licensee is subject to Parts 1 and 2 of the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Broadcasting Licence) Determination.
