Advisory Notes	Conditions applicable to the operation of Fixed Earth station(s) authorised under this licence can be found in the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Apparatus Licence) Determination. Copies of this determination are available from the ACMA and from the ACMA home page (www.acma.gov.au). (1) The Master International Frequency Register (MIFR) is maintained by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in accordance with the Radio Regulations. (2) This licence authorises communications with NSS-19 183E (NSS-9). (3) Earth station transmitters are capable of causing unacceptable interference to other radiocommunications services. The level of this interference potential is such that Earth station transmitters can cause unacceptable amounts of denial of spectrum for other radiocommunications particularly in areas of high spectrum demand. As a result the ACMA is developing a policy intended to address this issue which may result in a requirement for Earth station transmitters to be located sufficiently distant from areas of high spectrum demand to reduce their impact on spectrum availability.
Special Conditions	(1) Operation of this earth station must be in accordance with frequency assignments recorded in the Master International Frequency Register (MIFR) of the International Telecommunication Union.
