Advisory Notes	The 3400-4000 MHz range is currently undergoing replanning with the planned introduction of wireless broadband services using a variety of licensing types. These future services may have the potential to cause interference to FSS earth receive services in the adjacent 4000-4200 MHz range. The ACMA is currently consulting on draft technical arrangements for part of the 3700-4000 MHz range. This consultation includes draft coordination arrangements with FSS earth receive services. It is recommended to review these proposed arrangements and also note that they may change as the other technical frameworks are developed across 3400-4000 MHz. Conditions applicable to the operation of Earth Receive station(s) authorised under this licence can be found in the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Apparatus Licence) Determination. Copies of this determination are available from the ACMA and from the ACMA home page (www.acma.gov.au). The Master International Frequency Register (MIFR) is maintained by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in accordance with the Radio Regulations.
Special Conditions	This licence authorises communications with JCSAT-2R. Operation of this earth station must be in accordance with frequency assignments recorded in the Master International Frequency Register (MIFR) of the International Telecommunication Union. The licensee shall advise the ACMA of changes to the point of contact provided for the purpose of tracing any suspected cases of interference.
