Devices operated under the licence must not only be operated in an indoor environment for testing and demonstration of equipment or for airport security purposes only.
The licensee shall advise holders of spectrum licences in frequency ranges and geographic areas covered by the licence about the test schedule at least 14 days before commencing operation of the devices. The intentional emissions generated by the devices authorised under this licence must be completely contained within the 20 to 40 GHz frequency range. |
