Advisory Notes	If a system operating under this licence is being considered for future operational use (including future sales) within Australia then the Department of Defence strongly recommends that the licensee seek RF modules that can tune outside of Defence spectrum. This granted licence MUST NOT be considered evidence of any future acceptance by Defence to access to Defence spectrum. Conditions applicable to the operation of Radiodetermination station(s) under this licence can be found in the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Apparatus Licence) Determination. Copies of this determination are available from the ACMA and from the ACMA home page (www.acma.gov.au). Where the system operating under this licence is providing a trial/demonstration to a Government agency then the licensee is recommended to approach Defence 30 days in advance to coordinate spectrum access.
Special Conditions	STOP BUZZER: The licensee advises that Defence may contact Emitter Operator to cease/modify transmit activities operating under this licence. The device authorized by this licence may operate anywhere within a radius of 5km from the site specified on this licence. No interference shall be caused to any Radiocommunication station or service and no protection from interference by such stations or services shall be afforded. No interference shall be caused to any radiocommunication station or service operated by the Department of Defence or the Australian Defence Force and no protection from such services shall be afforded. Systems operating under this licence shall not be utilised for safety purposes. The antenna boresight should be directed towards negative elevation, or otherwise arranged, so that terrain shielding is used to protect the operation of radiolocation devices on airborne platforms.
