Advisory Notes	Conditions applicable to the operation of Earth Receive station(s) authorised under this licence can be found in the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Apparatus Licence) Determination. Copies of this determination are available from the ACMA and from the ACMA home page (www.acma.gov.au). This licence has been issued under an exemption from spectrum embargo 23 During operation, 4 carriers at most are being used within the licensed frequency ranges, and each carrier is with a maximum carrier bandwidth of 5 MHz. Protection is not afforded for interference caused by radiocommunications stations operating in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution, the Convention and the Radio Regulations of the International Telecommunication Union.
Special Conditions	This earth station is only authorised to communicate with space station(s) if the power flux density of the transmission from the space station(s) at the Earth's surface does not exceed the limits given in Article 21.16 of the ITU Radio Regulations. This licence authorises communications with SpaceX vehicles, including, but not limited to, Falcon, Dragon and Starship No protection to the operation of this earth station receiver may be claimed from interference from television outside broadcast services operating in accordance with Radiocommunications Assignment and Licensing Instruction FX 21, nor from aeronautical telemetry systems. No harmful interference shall be caused to radiocommunications stations operating in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution, the Convention and the Radio Regulations of the International Telecommunication Union. This licence authorises radiocommunications with space stations for the purpose of performing launch/transfer orbit support services and/or in-orbit testing. The licensee shall advise the ACMA of changes to the point of contact provided for the purpose of tracing any suspected cases of interference.
