Conditions applicable to the operation of Earth Receive station(s) authorised under this licence can be found in the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Apparatus Licence) Determination. Copies of this determination are available from the ACMA and from the ACMA home page (www.acma.gov.au).

During operation, two carriers at most are being used within the licensed frequency ranges, and each carrier is with a maximum carrier bandwidth of 4 MHz.

The Master International Frequency Register (MIFR) is maintained by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in accordance with the Radio Regulations.

Coordination agreements reached as a result of an ITU international frequency coordination process are intended to minimise the potential for harmful interference to radiocommunications stations. A radiocommunications station operated prior to a frequency assignment being recorded in the MIFR cannot necessarily claim protection from harmful interference from radiocommunications stations of other countries.
Special Conditions Prior to the frequency assignments being recorded in the Master International Frequency Register (MIFR), this earth station may operate in accordance with the operating parameters published by the ITU in Special Sections of International Frequency Information Circulars and in accordance with any agreements reached as a result of an ITU frequency coordination process.

This earth station is authorised to communicate with space station(s) of the ADF 95E IOR satellite network as published by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in Special Section CR/C 5019 in IFIC 2902, with antenna elevation angle: 22 degrees, antenna azimuth angle: 294 degrees, and other technical characteristics as specified on the station record under this licence.

This earth station is authorised to communicate with space station(s) of the ADF 140E POR satellite network as published by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in Special Section CR/C 5011 in IFIC 2902, with antenna elevation angle: 49 degrees, antenna azimuth angle: 347 degrees, and other technical characteristics as specified on the station record under this licence.

This earth station is authorised to communicate with space station(s) of the ADF 156E POR satellite network as published by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in Special Section CR/C 5013 in IFIC 2902, with antenna elevation angle: 48 degrees, antenna azimuth angle: 15 degrees, and other technical characteristics as specified on the station record under this licence.

No protection to the operation of this earth station receiver may be claimed from interference from television outside broadcast services operating in accordance with Radiocommunications Assignment and Licensing Instruction FX 21, nor from aeronautical telemetry system

This earth station is authorised to communicate with space station(s) of the ADF 88E IOR satellite network as published by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in Special Section CR/C 5009 in IFIC 2902, with antenna elevation angle: 17 degrees, antenna azimuth angle: 289 degrees, and other technical characteristics as specified on the station record under this licence.

Transmissions must not occur in circumstances that result in harmful interference to stations outside of Australia where these stations are operating in accordance with the Radio Regulations of the ITU except where the transmissions are in accordance with any agreements reached as a result of an ITU international frequency coordination process.

This earth station is authorised to communicate with space station(s) of the ADF POR-2 satellite network as published by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in Special Section CR/C 5359 in IFIC 2936, with antenna elevation angle: 44 degrees, antenna azimuth angle: 33 degrees, and other technical characteristics as specified on the station record under this licence.

This earth station is authorised to communicate with space station(s) of the ADF 104E IOR satellite network as published by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in Special Section CR/C 5012 in IFIC 2902, with antenna elevation angle: 29 degrees, antenna azimuth angle: 301 degrees, and other technical characteristics as specified on the station record under this licence.

This earth station is only authorised to communicate with space station(s) if the power flux density of the transmission from the space station(s) at the Earth's surface does not exceed the limits given in Article 21.16 of the ITU Radio Regulations.

This earth station is authorised to communicate with space station(s) of the ADF POR-1 satellite network as published by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in Special Section CR/C 5360 in IFIC 2936, with antenna elevation angle: 49 degrees, antenna azimuth angle: 10 degrees, and other technical characteristics as specified on the station record under this licence.

The licensee shall advise the ACMA of changes to the point of contact provided for the purpose of tracing any suspected cases of interference.
