Special Conditions The limited coast non assigned station licensee must surrender this licence to The Australian Communications and Media Authority if The circumstances in which The station is authorised to operate under The licence no longer exist as a result of a new limited coast non assigned station operating in The area.

This standby station is authorised to operate from a motor vehicle in locations within the area covered by Australian Volunteer Coast Guard Association NF20 Tuggerah Lakes which due to terrain are not adequately covered by the main rescue station/only during emergencies when the Limited Coast Non Assigned station located at Australian Volunteer Coast Guard Association NF20 Tuggerah Lakes Peel Street Toukley NSW is not staffed or is otherwise unavailable and no other standby station is available and must be operated under the direction and control of the Limited Coast Non Assigned station licensee.

The station must be operated by a person who is the holder of a Restricted Radio Operator's Certificate of Proficiency or a certificate deemed to be of an equivalent or higher standard.

Operation of this station must be confined to emergencies when other facilities are unavailable.

No interference shall be caused to any Radiocommunication station or service and no protection from interference by such stations or services shall be afforded.

The safety service provided by this station must be available to all users on a nil-fee-for-service basis.

The licensee must use the station to maintain a listening watch on the carrier frequency 27.88 MHz and either or both of the carrier frequencies 2182 kHz and 156.800 MHz. The licensee must also use the station to transmit on: (a) the carrier frequencies of 27.860 MHz and 27.880 MHz;and (b) if the licensee provides a listening watch on the carrier frequency 2182 kHz - the carrier frequencies of 2182 kHz and 2524 kHz; and (c) if the licensee provides a listening watch on the carrier frequency 156.800 MHz - the carrier frequencies of 156.375 MHz and 156.800 MHz .

The licensee must provide a maritime emergency Radiocommunications service to ships at sea without discrimination.
