This licence does not have effect while the broadcasting licence is suspended. Conditions applicable to the operation of Temporary Community Broadcasting station(s) authorised under this licence can be found in the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Apparatus Licence) Determination and the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Broadcasting Licence) Determination. Copies of these determinations are available from the ACMA and from the ACMA home page (www.acma.gov.au). Under paragraph 108a(1)(d) of the Radiocommunications Act 1992, it is a condition of this licence that the licensee, and any person authorised by the licensee to operate the radiocommunications transmitter under this licence, must comply with the technical planning guidelines developed by the Australian Communications and Media Authority under section 33 of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992. Part 3 of the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Broadcasting Licence) Determination does not apply to broadcasting licences (broadcast service) that authorise the operation of transmitters to provide a commercial broadcasting service or a community broadcasting service.
Special Conditions	The licensee is subject to Parts 1 and 2 of the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Broadcasting Licence) Determination.
