Advisory Notes	Actual transmission is expected to be from an antenna height of 72m which will exceed the LAP technical specification. Regulatory forbearance permits transmission from a higher height until the LAP is varied. Under section 109(1)(e) of the Radiocommunications Act 1992, it is a condition of this licence that the licensee, and any person authorised by the licensee to operate the radiocommunications transmitter under this licence, must comply with the technical planning guidelines developed by the Australian Communications and Media Authority under section 33 of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992. This licence continues in force while the broadcasting services licence remains in force. This licence does not have effect while the broadcasting licence is suspended. Conditions applicable to the operation of Commercial Radio station(s) authorised under this licence can be found in the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Apparatus Licence) Determination and the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Broadcasting Licence) Determination. Copies of these determinations are available from the ACMA and from the ACMA home page (www.acma.gov.au). Part 3 of the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Broadcasting Licence) Determination does not apply to broadcasting licences (broadcast service) that authorise the operation of transmitters to provide a commercial broadcasting service or a community broadcasting service. Sections 1, 2, 3 and 5 of Part 1 of the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Apparatus Licence) Determination 2003, as in force from time to time, do not apply to broadcasting licences (broadcast service stations) that authorise the operation of transmitters to provide a commercial broadcasting service or a community broadcasting service.
Special Conditions	The licensee is subject to Parts 1 and 2 of the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Broadcasting Licence) Determination. The licensee is subject to section 4 of part 1, and parts 2, 3 and 4 of the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Apparatus Licence) Determination, as in force from time to time. For this special condition, the reference to paragraph 107(1)(f) of the Act in part 2 of the Determination should be read as a reference to paragraph 109(1)(f) of the Act.
