Advisory Notes	Conditions applicable to the operation of Narrowcasting Service station(s) authorised under this licence can be found in theRadiocommunications Licence Conditions (Apparatus Licence) Determination and the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Broadcasting Licence) Determination. Copies of these determinations are available from the ACMA and from the ACMA home page (www.acma.gov.au).
Special Conditions	This licence must only be used for the purpose of providing an open narrowcasting service, as defined in section 18 of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992. This licence is issued or renewed only for the period for which the frequency has been made available under section 34 of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992. The licensee, or any person authorised by the licensee to operate a radiocommunications transmitter under the licence, must comply with clauses 56, 58, 59, 60, 61, 63, 64, 65 and 66 in Part 5 of the Technical Planning Guidelines, determined under section 33 of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992, as though references in that Part to a section 102 broadcasting service were references to an open narrowcasting service provided pursuant to this transmitter licence, and references to the licence area of the licence were references to the coverage area of this transmitter licence, and references to the nominal location were references to the Australian Map Grid co-ordinates specified in the advisory notes to this licence. The licensee, or any authorised person, is required to place advertisements in newspapers circulating within the licence area of the licence at least seven days before the commencement of transmissions. The advertisement should state that members of the public should contact the licensee, or authorised person, if the broadcast causes interference to other radiocommunications. The advertisement must detail the date and the time of the commencement of transmissions, the frequency being used and the appropriate person's contact details, including the address and telephone number of the person responsible for the transmissions.
