Special Conditions	A Limited Coast Station may, where permitted by licence, use the carrier frequency 4483 kHz for the exchange of safety communications, with Ship Stations - Class B, on those occasions when: , (a) The ship stations are actually participating in ocean yacht races or are on ocean voyages; and , (b) communications on the carrier frequency 2524 kHz are impracticable.
