Advisory Notes	(1) For interference coordination purposes it is assumed that the receiver authorised by this licence is fitted with a filter having a minimum attenuation of 15 decibels for frequencies below 3670 MHz. (2) Earth station receivers are susceptible to interference from radiocommunications services using in-band or adjacent band frequencies. The level of this susceptibility is such that Earth station receivers can cause unacceptable amounts of denial of spectrum for other radiocommunications particularly in areas of high spectrum demand. As a result the ACMA is developing a policy intended to address this issue which may result in a requirement for Earth station receivers to be located sufficiently distant from areas of high spectrum demand if protection from interference is required. Coordination agreements reached as a result of an ITU international frequency coordination process are intended to minimise the potential for harmful interference to radiocommunications stations. A radiocommunications station operated prior to a frequency assignment being recorded in the MIFR cannot necessarily claim protection from harmful interference from radiocommunications stations of other countries. Conditions applicable to the operation of Earth Receive station(s) authorised under this licence can be found in the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Apparatus Licence) Determination. Copies of this determination are available from the ACMA and from the ACMA home page (www.acma.gov.au). The Master International Frequency Register (MIFR) is maintained by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in accordance with the Radio Regulations.
Special Conditions	1. This earth station is authorised to communicate with space stations of the USASAT- 60A satellite network as published by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in Special Section Part II-S of International Frequency Information Circular. Prior to the frequency assignments being recorded in the Master International Frequency Register (MIFR), this earth station may operate in accordance with the operating parameters published by the ITU in Special Sections of International Frequency Information Circulars and in accordance with any agreements reached as a result of an ITU frequency coordination process. Transmissions must not occur in circumstances that result in harmful interference to stations outside of Australia where these stations are operating in accordance with the Radio Regulations of the ITU except where the transmissions are in accordance with any agreements reached as a result of an ITU international frequency coordination process.
