Special Conditions	This licence authorises radiocommunications with space stations for the purpose of performing transfer orbit support services and in-orbit testing. No harmful interference shall be caused to radiocommunications stations operating in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution, the Convention and the Radio Regulations of the International Telecommunication Union.
