The safety service provided by this station must be available to all users on a nil-fee-for-service basis.
No interference shall be caused to any Radiocommunication station or service and no protection from interference by such stations or services shall be afforded. The station must maintain a listening watch and be operational on 27.88 MHz and be operational on 27.86 MHz. The station must be operated by a person who is the holder of a Restricted Radio Operator's Certificate of Proficiency or a certificate deemed to be of an equivalent or higher standard. |
