| Special Conditions |
The station shall be operated under the direction and control of the parent station licensee and then only during maintenance of the main installation or when the main installation is out of order or rendered inoperative or when the main installation is not being staffed.
The station must be operated by a person who is the holder of a restricted Radio Operator's Certificate of Proficiency or a certificate deemed to be of an equivalent or higher standard. The station must maintain a listening watch and be operational on 27.88 MHz and be operational on 27.86 MHz. The safety service provided by this station must be available to all users on a nil-fee-for-service basis. No interference shall be caused to any Radiocommunication station or service and no protection from interference by such stations or services shall be afforded. |
