(3) The licensee must comply with the emission standard for the Australian Frequency Modulation Sound Broadcasting Service.
(7) If the licensee receives a complaint, notification or other information to the effect that the transmitter authorised by this licence is causing interference to a broadcasting service provided by another person (Interference Complaint), the licensee must notify in writing: (a) the ACMA; and (b) the person providing the broadcasting service; of the Interference Complaint within 24 hours of receiving it. (8) If the licensee receives an Interference Complaint or a notice under condition (11), the licensee must take all reasonable steps as soon as practicable to cause the transmitter authorised by this licence to stop causing the interference referred to in the Interference Complaint. (9) The licensee must keep a written record of each Interference Complaint received (whether or not the Inteference Complaint was in writing) and of the steps taken by the licensee under condition (8) as a result of an Interference Complaint or a notice under condition (11). (10) If an ACMA official (within the meaning of the Australian Communications and Media Authority Act 2005) requests, in writing, a copy of a record kept under condition (9), the licensee must provide the ACMA official with a copy of the record as soon as practicable. (11) If the licensee operates a radiocommunications transmitter, an ACMA official (within the meaning of the Australian Communications and Media Authority Act 2005) may at any time give the licensee a notice in writing stating that the operation of the transmitter is causing interference to a broadcasting service provided by another person. (4) This licence can only be used to provide a low-power open narrowcasting service. (2) The effective antenna height above average terrain shall not exceed 10 metres. (12) No interference shall be caused to any Radiocommunication station or service and no protection from interference by such stations or services shall be afforded. (1) The received signal in any area zoned residential (as determined by the Australian Bureau of Statistics data for towns and cities) shall not exceed 48 DBUV/M measured at a height of 10 metres above ground at any location more than 2 km from the antenna. |
