Amateur stations have the potential to generate high levels of electromagnetic emissions. Compliance with the Radiocommunications Licence Conditions (Apparatus Licence) Determination will ensure that these emissions do not exceed safe levels for general public exposure.
This licence accords with the requirements of the European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations (CEPT) Recommendation T/R 61-01. | Special Conditions | A transmitter output power of 600 watts is permitted on a no-interference/no-protection basis for a maximum of 12 months or until the expiry date of the licence, whichever is sooner, for the purpose of reflecting signals from a celestial body on frequencies between 144.000 MHz and 144.050 MHz. Radiofrequency emission limits from the station must conform with those stipulated in the ARPANSA standard and ACMA must be notified of any changes to the station which could affect conformity. |
