Before commencing transmissions to each space station, the licensee must inform the ACMA of the International Telecommunication Union identity of the space station and the dates of commencement and completion of transmissions. 2. No harmful interference shall be caused to radiocommunications stations operating in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution. the Convention and the Radio Regulations of the International Telecommunications Union.
